Three days after dispatching the 3A Everett Seagulls 67-44 at the Jim Linden Fieldhouse the Tomahawks lost their second league game on the road to Stanwood.
The Cougars wrestling team lost a double dual to La Conner and Bellevue Christian at home Tuesday, Dec. 12.
Thursday, Dec. 14, M-P lost to Snohomish 127-59 in a Wesco North meet.
The Lady Tomahawks basketball split Wesco North games Dec. 13-15 by defeating the Lady Seagulls of Everett on the road and then losing to Stanwood at home.

OAK HARBOR Twelve M-P golfers went to Oak Harbor May 9, and three emerged from the day eligible to compete two days later for a slot at state.
SNOHOMISH One-run losses dogged the M-P fastpitch team all season, so it was a cruel twist of fate when the Tommies saw their season and postseason dreams end by the same margin against Snohomish.
MOUNTLAKE TERRACE Though Mountlake Terrace was frequently on base, the M-P defense held the Hawks to just two runs, winning 4-2 in the May 8 game.
EVERETT These girls are tough.
A steady drizzle made handling the football during Marysvilles Sept. 21 football clash with Stanwood extremely difficult. Numerous fumbles from both teams, more than likely caused by the wet turf and muddy conditions, made for a tightly contested game of field position in the first half. But Marysvilles offense kicked into another gear in the second half and the team won easily over Stanwood 27-8.
The Lakewood boys ran with some of the best, finishing second as a team at the Iolani Invitational during their Hawaii visit Sept. 22.
