MARYSVILLE — The Marysville Getchell girls soccer team was eliminated from the 3A district tournament, losing a 4-3 shootout to Squalicum in a consolation game Nov. 1. The final score was 2-1. Junior Oshinaye Taylor scored the goal in regulation. MG finished the season 12-4-1 second in the Wesco 3A North behind Arlington.

MG lost the first district match to Snohomish 2-0 Oct. 29.

BREMERTON — The Grace Academy boys soccer team lost to Crosspoint 6-0 in a first-round 1B district soccer match Nov. 1. The loss took the Eagles to a loser-out consolation game against Life Christian Academy at SERA Fields in Tacoma Nov. 3. If Grace won, it will head over to Sammamish High School to play either Orcas Island or Evergreen Lutheran Nov. 5 at noon.
