MARYSVILLE — The Marysville Police Department will be holding a public notification meeting to release information regarding two Level III sex offenders residing within the city limits of Marysville.
Darren Gene Law and Gary D. Young have registered as sex offenders with the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office, and will be residing in the 15400 block of 51st Avenue NE in Marysville.
For the second time in less than 24 hours Marysville Fire District crews were dispatched to a vehicle versus pedestrian accident.
The city of Marysville is seeking individuals interested in serving on the Library Board and Salary Commission, both of which currently have vacancies.
On Dec. 10, at approximately 6:30 p.m., patrol officers were dispatched to a vehicle verses pedestrian collision at the intersection of State Avenue and Fifth Street in Marysville.

Crews from the Marysville Fire District were dispatched at 6:40 a.m., Dec. 10, to a vacant house on fire in the 7400 block of 55th Avenue NE. They arrived to find flames through the roof on the front side of the house. Fire damage was contained to the attic and roof.
No injuries were reported.
