MARYSVILLE Prominent Marysville and Tulalip area business leaders are accused of having a big heart for Jerrys Kids. They will be incarcerated on Thursday, October 4th 2007 in a mock jail at Bobs Burgers and Brew. Local Firefighters will pick up the jailbirds in Paddy Wagons provided by Roy Robinson Motors; they will then be taken back to the precinct at Bobs where they will be sentenced to one hour behind bars. Offenders will be booked at MDAs Maximum Appreciation Facility, have they mug shot taken and will be fed Bobs finest bread and water.

More than 100 Marysville and Tulalip area business owners and community leaders are expected to serve their sentence behind bars for the local Muscular Dystrophy Association. Celebrity jailbirds include: (for a complete list please call or email MDA)

MDA is a voluntary health agency working to defeat neuromuscular diseases through worldwide research, medical services and public health education. In addition to funding ground breaking research, MDA provides services for over 1,900 families in Northwest Washington that are affected by neuromuscular diseases. Services include clinics at the University of Washington Medical Center and Seattle Childrens Hospital, purchase of medical equipment, local Summer Camp for children with Muscular Dystrophy and monthly support groups.
