It is often difficult for the average voter to determine who is the most qualified to be a judge. The positions are non-partisan so you don’t (and shouldn’t) have party ideology to guide you and judges are limited in what they can say about specific cases. I have found that it is best to rely on people I know and trust who have worked with the candidate and on endorsements by people who have knowledge of his or her performance.
