Lakewood girls lose first game at state

SELAH – The Lakewood girls softball team opened the state tournament with a 5-1 loss to host Selah this morning.

The Cougars play at 2 p.m. against White River, which lost its first game today 10-0.

If Lakewood wins, it will play again tonight at 6.
