The Cougar track and field team once again made an impression at the Tomahawk Classic on Saturday, April 27, at Marysville-Pilchuck High School.
Two years ago, the Marysville Getchell baseball team would have qualified for districts with the fourth place league ranking they have today — but that won’t be the case this year. Ferndale, a lone 3A team in the Northwest Conference, takes the fourth district qualifying spot automatically, putting pressure on the Chargers to make it into the top three teams in Wesco 3A North.
