With great sadness we announce the passing of Gary R. Molitor. This past year was extremely hard for Gary, who faced many difficult hurdles with

his health. He fought with all his might, but lost the battle. Gary passed away at home in Marysville with his loving wife Linda of 37 years and his best

friends Franny, the chihuahua, and Allie, the pomeranian by his side.

Preceded in death are: daughter Kimberly and parents Madeline and Rupert Molitor of Seattle.

He leaves behind his wife, Linda, daughter Cindy (Carsten) Buus of Snohomish, whom Gary adored; sons, Richard Molitor of Everett, Rodney and Jeffrey Molitor, both of Marysville; James (Valya) Simpson of Stanwood. Sherri Dennis of Granite Falls.

Brothers: Donald (Jean) Molitor of AZ/Big Lake, Steve (Kathi) Molitor of Woodinville, Mike Molitor. Sister Sue Molitor of Arlington. Brother-in-laws,

John Van Tassel (Peggy) of New Hampton, N.Y.; Jim (Lisa) Van Tassel of Everett. Sister-in-laws Eleanor Van Tassel, DeCarlo (Daniel) of Port Jervis, N.Y.

and Ella Van Tassel of Hudson, Fla.

His favorite cousin, Nancy Helvey of Snohomish, and her daughter, Colleen Crawford, who has been our rock.

Aunt Muriel and Uncle Ray Haywood of Vernon, CT. He also leaves behind (9) grandchildren and (3) great grandchildren. And an abundance of nieces, nephews

and cousins all loved dearly.

Gary started work for Boeing when he was 17. He also held other jobs, then returned to Boeing in Everett until he retired.

He was an avid fan of the Seahawks and the Mariners. Loved fishing, hunting, telling stories, spending time with family and friends.

Gary will be missed by all.

The family would like to thank the amazing doctors and all involved in making Gary’s last days memorable.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
