​Connie Tuller, of Everett, Washington, born in April 1951, to the late Mary Dragoo and the late Robert Osborne, passed away at age 66 on March 16, 2018. She attended Mariner High School and earned her G.E.D. Connie served in the Air Force Reserves and she also dedicated her career working at Scott

Paper/Kimberly Clark until she retired in 2011.

Connie is survived by her daughter, Denise Scofield; sisters, Roberta Sanders​ ​and Shirley Armstrong; and nieces, Krista Casey, April Plunk and Dawn

Weinkauf. She also leaves behind her friends at Grandview Village and her beloved dog, Pete. Connie loved to help others, donate to charities, pay off people’s Christmas layaways, play Solitaire and Suduko, and spend time with her family and her dog Pete. The family invites donations in Connie’s name to N.O.A.H. animal shelter.

Special thanks to the staff of Hospice at Providence for easing her pain and helping her pass with dignity and love.

Memories of Connie’s humor, smiles and warm hugs are greatly missed. Mom, you will forever be my sunshine! The scattering of ashes will be private.​
