Third time’s the charm: Lussier in custody

MARYSVILLE — At approximately noon on Tuesday, Aug. 13, the Snohomish County Violent Offender Task Force confirmed they had wanted felon Timothy Lussier in custody.

MARYSVILLE — At approximately noon on Tuesday, Aug. 13, the Snohomish County Violent Offender Task Force confirmed they had wanted felon Timothy Lussier in custody. The 35-year-old man was arrested in Marysville following a brief pursuit, as Lussier attempted to flee police on a bicycle.

The Task Force had attempted to arrest Lussier on two previous occasions. Lussier has several outstanding felony warrants, including assault, unlawful possession of firearms and possession of stolen property. He is also considered a suspect in the robbery of a North Everett business in May.
