THE PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE NAMED BELOW has been appointed as personal representative of this estate. Any person having a claim against the decedent must, before the time the claim would be barred by any otherwise applicable statute of limitations, present the claim in the manner as provided in RCW 11.40.070 by serving on or mailing to the personal representative or the personal representative’s attorney at the address stated below a copy of the claim and filing the original of the claim with the court. The claim must be presented within the later of: (1) Thirty days after the personal representative served or mailed the notice to the creditor as provided under RCW 11.40.020(3); or (2) four months after the date of first publication of the notice. If the claim is not presented within this time frame, the claim is forever barred, except as otherwise provided in section 11 of this act and RCW 11.40.060. This bar is effective as to claims against both the decedent’s probate and nonprobate assets.

Notice of Public Open House

Lakewood Access/

156th Street NE Overcrossing

The City of Marysville, the Washington State Department of Transportation, and the Federal Highway Administration invites the public to attend an open house on Tuesday, May 20th from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Fidelity Grange Hall, 2908 156th Street NE. Marysville proposes to construct an overpass of Interstate 5 connecting Twin Lakes Avenue with Smokey Point Boulevard to provide a second access into the Lakewood Triangle Area. The Lakewood Triangle in Northwest Marysville is bordered by 172nd Street NE, Interstate 5 and The Burlington Northern Santa Fe railroad.

At this open house, the public will be able to view the plans for the project’s preliminary design and ask questions about the project. City staff and consultants will make a formal presentation on the project starting at 6:00 p.m.

The Public is encouraged to submit comments on the project at this open house or contact Jeff Massie at 360-363-8280. Notice is hereby given that The City of Marysville is accepting proposals from qualified security companies to provide entrance courthouse security screener services during the hours of business operation. Entrance security personnel will be used for inspections and screening of persons and hand-carried items entering the Marysville Municipal Court. The Marysville Municipal Court business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pm. The Municipal Court is closed on weekends and holidays.

Complete Request for Proposals must be received by the Court Administrator at the Marysville Municipal, 1015 State Ave, Marysville, WA 98270 by 4:30 p.m., Monday, June 2, 2008. Proposals received after the designated time and date will be returned unopened.

The City may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and the RFP packet requirements and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding of the City of Marysville it is in the public interest to do so.
