The Marysville Strawberry Festival Royalty, float and chaperones participated in Pierce County’s Daffodil Festival on Saturday, April 13, and appeared in the 80th Daffodil Parade which traveled through four communities in a single day.

The Strawberry Festival Royalty started the day at 10 a.m. with the first part of the parade in Tacoma, which was followed by appearances in the parade segments in Puyallup and Sumner. They finished the day with the 5 p.m. start to the final leg of the parade in Orting.

The Strawberry Festival Royalty, float and chaperones head next to the Washington State Apple Blossom Festival in Wenatchee, on May 4, to participate in the 2013 Stemilt Growers Grand Parade.
