EVERETT — Starting Monday, Jan. 2, the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office has expanded its civil process services that are available to the general public, most of which have not been provided in the past.

The additional services now available include small claims papers, summons and complaints, garnishments, divorce papers, family support papers, Department of Social and Health Services papers, Labor & Industries papers, and most court orders.

There are basic fees associated with each type of paper — which cover the service, return and mileage — that are posted on the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office website, now located online at http://sheriff.snoco.org.

The civil division is open Mondays through Fridays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. to accept papers, and is located on the fourth floor of the Snohomish County Courthouse building, at 3000 Rockefeller Ave. in Everett.
