MARYSVILLE – Helping Children Cope with Grief Over the Holidays is the name of a seminar that will take place at Cedarcrest Middle School Dec. 11.
Cheri Lovre, Crisis Management Institute* consultant, will open the meeting with information for parents and other adults to help children cope with grief over the holidays, along with tips for adults.
The second part of the meeting will give Marysville School District leaders an opportunity to provide information about the options presented in the upcoming Thoughtexchange survey around the Marysville-Pilchuck High School campus cafeteria.
The district wants to take input and hear opinions and ideas from our stakeholders: parents, students, staff and community members, about the cafeteria, which was the site of the shooting Oct. 24.
