MARYSVILLE – A man has barricaded himself inside an apartment in the 900 block of Columbia Avenue. Marysville police have surrounded the apartment and evacuated some nearby apartments.
The incident began shortly after 2 p.m. Marysville police have blocked off Columbia Avenue between Ninth Street and Tenth Street.
