MARYSVILLE — Marysville-Pilchuck advances four wrestlers to the state tournament at the Tacoma Dome Feb. 20 to 21. The four include regional champions Killian Page and Drew Hatch; second-placer Ryan Duarie and fourth-placer Keith Pablo.
