Seattle One of the worlds largest and most celebrated garden festivals in 2007 will focus on how to live life each day with a glorious garden, no matter its size or location.
The popular Northwest Flower & Garden Show which attracts more than 60,000 gardening novices to horticulturalists, will demonstrate how a backyard, patio, estate or balcony garden can add to ones life by making a living space for entertainment, reflection, beauty and enjoyment.
Known world-wide for its innovative educational seminars, top-rated exhibitors, entertaining atmosphere and incredible display gardens that this year will be judged by internationally known horticulture and design experts Maureen Gilmer, Alexandra Stoddard, Pamela Schwerdt and Sybille Kreutzberger.

Show Hours: Wednesday – Saturday 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Sunday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Location: Washington State Convention Center in Seattle.
Among the gardens, designers will show how garden designs can incorporate entertaining spaces, showers and bathrooms, office space, a tea house, an outdoor kitchen, media rooms and even a dance floor. Other design concepts include childrens gardens, bonsai, innovative lighting techniques, recycled materials and sustainable, organic practices. Some gardens will highlight influences from Asia, Cuba and the Caribbean, Italy, the Middle East, waterfront areas and the tropics.
The festival atmosphere includes live music, food and a large childrens gardening area with activities, exhibits and workshops for the younger set.
