holiday schedule for
solid waste, recycling

MARYSVILLE The city of Maryville will provide regular service to its solid waste customers during the weeks of Christmas and New Years.
However, because both holidays fall on a Monday, solid waste collection will be delayed one day the entire week. Waste Management Northwest will follow this same schedule for all-in-one recycling pickup.

MFD to check car seats

MARYSVILLE Marysville Fire District are offering car seat checks to the public by appointment with a trained car seat technician Fire Station 61, 1635 Grove St., Marysville.
The checks will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9-11 a.m. or 1:30-5:30 p.m. To schedule an appointment time call 360-363-8500
Families should allow up to 30 minutes per car seat check. Car seat checks work best when the child is present. Preparation of questions or concerns before the scheduled visit is greatly appreciated.

Firefighters collect food

MARYSVILLE Marysville Fire District firefighters will be collected food items and/or cash donations for the Marysville Food Bank at the Marysville Safeway, a consecutive three-night stretch.
Firefighters will be out front of both safeway entrancdes beginning Wednesday, Dec. 13 through Friday, Dec. 15, between 4 – 7 p.m.
