MARYSVILLE – The Marysville Strawberry Festival royalty court participated in the first big parade of the year last weekend.
The court was in the Daffodil Parade, which travels from Tacoma, to Puyallup, to Sumner to Orting.
The court rode in vehicles because the float is not finished yet. The float is expected to be done by the next parade, the Wenatchee Blossom Festival May 2.
The group was given the Spirit Award by parade judges.
