Marysville Police seek suspect in shooting

Marysville Police investigators are trying to learn the whereabouts of a male subject who they believe may be responsible for the early Sunday morning shooting of a 25-year-old Kent man that occurred in the 200 block of Second Street in Marysville.

Marysville Police investigators are trying to learn the whereabouts of a male subject who they believe may be responsible for the early Sunday morning shooting of a 25-year-old Kent man that occurred in the 200 block of Second Street in Marysville.

According to witnesses who were at the location the shooting occurred, the subject is known by the name of Antoine Henry and is said to have recently moved to the Puget Sound area from California. Henry is wanted out of California for parole violations associated with crimes involving weapons. On the night of the shooting he was in the company of his girlfriend “Sadie,” who is from the south Everett area and is of Hawaiian or Polynesian decent.

Henry 31 years old, is approximately 6′ to 6’2″, and has a stocky, muscular build. At the time of the shooting he was driving a large size SUV, possibly a Ford Expedition, which was dark blue or black in color.

Although the victim was struck only once by a bullet, multiple shots were fired as bullets struck three vehicles that were parked in the area, as well as, two houses in the neighborhood. Details as to what led up to the confrontation and eventual shooting are still being investigated.

The victim of the shooting was released from the hospital and is expected to make a full recovery.

Marysville Police are asking for the public’s help in positively identifying and locating Antoine Henry. Henry should be considered armed and dangerous and we ask the public not to attempt to contact or stop Henry but to simply call 9-1-1 or Marysville detectives at 360.363.8300 with any information.
