Marysville Fire District honors 235 combined years of service

MARYSVILLE — On Sept. 21, Marysville Fire District members were honored for their years of service by their family, peers and the Marysville Fire District Board of Directors. The awards ceremony recognized those members who have completed five, 10, 15, 20 and 25 years of service. The 20 members honored totaled 235 years of fire service between them.

The awards ceremony recognized those members who have completed five, 10, 15, 20 and 25 years of service. The 20 members honored totaled 235 years of fire service between them.

“We need to celebrate this group for their years of service,” Marysville Fire Chief Greg Corn said. “It is a great commitment they have made to the community and fire district.”
