The Marysville-Pilchuck the girls track team placed ninth overall and the boys placed 11th at the Tomahawk Classic hosted by M-P at Quil Ceda Stadium May 2.

MARYSVILLE — The Marysville-Pilchuck the girls track team placed ninth overall and the boys placed 11th at the Tomahawk Classic hosted by M-P at Quil Ceda Stadium May 2.

Top placers for girls were Bianca Acuario, who placed first in the long jump at 17 feet and four inches and third in the 100 meters clocking in at 13.12 seconds; and Gabriella Crenshaw was third in the 200 meters with a time of 26.75.

For boys, Zach Verge was first in the triple jump with a distance of 42-1 and second in the pole vault with 12-0; Corbin Ferry was second in the discus with a heave of 142-08.
