Marysville Mayor Dennis Kendall, right, greets the driver while volunteers unload a car, April 26, during the citys third annual Document Destruction Day. This years event saw 257 vehicles come through to drop off documents for shredding, more than twice as many as the first year. Many of the volunteers were from HomeStreet Bank with Data Base, a secure records destruction company that contracts with the city, providing the truck and the shredding.
