Basketry – Rib Gathering Basket

Learn to twine and create your own gathering basket. This workshop taught by Vickie Dewitt through Marysville Parks & Recreation will be held from 6 – 9 p.m. on Thursday, April 7 at the Marysville Library, 6120 Grove St. The class cost is $30.

Self-Defense for Women

Kung Fu Northwest will take you on a fun yet focused exploration of women’s self defense. This informative workshop will take place on Saturday, April 9 from 9-11 a.m. at the Kung Fu Academy, 804 Cedar Ave.  The cost of the workshop is $25. Pre-registration is required.

Jazzercise

Get fit this spring with Jazzercise. Classes are offered Monday/Wednesday 5:30-6:30 p.m. and Tuesday/Thursday 6:45-7:45 p.m. at Marysville Middle School, 6923 67th St. NE, Marysville. The monthly fee is $45. Pre-registration is required.

Bowling for Beginners

Learn to bowl with Strawberry Lanes. This four-week session for ages 6-17 is held from 4-5 p.m. on Mondays April 4-25 at the Strawberry Lanes, 1067 Columbia Ave. The cost is $35. Pre-registration is required.

Hypnotherapy – Get a Better Night’s Sleep

Discover a more restful night’s sleep through hypnotherapy.  This class taught by Hypnotherapist Kathie Brodie will be held from 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. on Thursday, Mar. 31 at the Ken Baxter Community Center, 514 Delta Ave.  The class cost is $30.  Pre-registration is required.
