We support Proposition 1

We love it that people stop for you to cross the street even without a crosswalk. We love the parades for every occasion and especially the night the fire department met the football team at the freeway and led them through town at midnight with sirens blowing.
Living in Arlington is all about quality of life and we are grateful for the unique advantages we have in our town. Cascade Valley Hospital is one of the most important advantages. We are all fortunate to have a full-service hospital just minutes away from our homes. It is a huge comfort to know we dont have to drive for 30 minutes through the traffic in an emergency, or be miles away from home when we feel our worst. In a school district with over 5,700 students, and 600+ staff, you have to expect occasional accidents, injuries and illness. In Arlington, we have excellent response time from our emergency teams and a quality trauma center within minutes of all of our schools.
We can see the growth in our community, and know Cascade Valley needs to upgrade and expand to be able to serve all of us without compromising the quality we have come to expect. We support Proposition 1 and the planned improvements in our hospital and hope you will too.
