On behalf of the Arts Alive Committee I would like to extend a huge thank you to the many community members and businesses that made the grand opening celebrations at the Linda M. Byrnes Performing Arts Center such a huge success.
To the 28 members of the Arts Alive Committee who have devoted every Wednesday morning for five years to fundraising thank you.
To the over 40 volunteers who have been working on the Grand Opening Gala Committees the diverse talent and over 500 performers were a tremendous undertaking and a logistics nightmare thank you.
To the over 40 businesses and individuals whose donations of time, services or money to the celebration was invaluable thank you.
And finally, thank you, Arlington community for seeing the vision that completing the Linda M. Byrnes Performing Arts Center would bring to our community. The passion and cooperation that this project has generated in our community is truly amazing and you should all stand up and take a bow. Bravo, Bravo, Bravo.
