Marysville Getchell had already qualified for state, but just for good measure they won the 3A Northwest District Soccer Tournament too.

As a result they will host Mountain View Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. in a state playoff match.

The Chargers girls soccer team blanked Ferndale 2-0 Saturday for the district championship.

Also Saturday at Shoreline Stadium, Snohomish qualified for state with a 2-0 win over Edmonds-Woodway, knocking the losers out of the state playoffs.
