TULALIP — The Tulalip Heritage girls basketball team defeated Lummi Nation 53-41 Jan. 17. Senior Aliyah Jones led the Hawks with 21 points. Tulalip Heritage improved its record to 10-2.

TULALIP — The Tulalip Heritage boys basketball team lost to Lummi Nation 74-36 Jan. 17. Junior Nashone Whitebear led the Hawks with 16 points. Tulalip Heritage’s record dropped to 3-8.

EVERETT — The Marysville-Pilchuck boys basketball team lost to Everett 76-35 Jan. 17 in a Wesco 3A league game. Freshman Luke Dobler led M-P with 11 points. M-P’s record dropped to 7-7.

MARYSVILLE — The Marysville Getchell boys basketball team was routed by Wesco 3A No. 1 Stanwood 76-35 Jan.17. Freshman Cameron Stordahl led MG with 10 points. MG’s record dropped to 2-12.
