MARYSVILLE — The six-week schedule is finished and kickball players from around Snohomish County are now playing for keeps.

Although the saying is that the season starts over once the playoffs begin, the teams at the top of the standings were still alive as of July 26, with Shake N’Bake, Gremlins, Turning Point and Kick Rocks all just two wins away from the league championship trophy.

Game sites were switched from Marysville-Pilchuck High School to Cedar Field for the semifinals and final games, which were held on July 27. The Marysville Globe will cover the championship game.
