The Cascade Conference announced its all-league players for the spring 2009 season and Lakewood athletes were recognized for their achievements in seven sports.

With four players named to the list, the boys soccer team led Lakewood in conference kudos. The Cougars wrapped up their season one game short of the state tournament.

Players are selected to the all-conference team by a vote of the league's coaches except in the case of track and field, in which athletes are selected by their performance at the conference championship meet.
