I am a mother of two students here in Marysville. I would like to stress to the voters here how important it is to vote for the upcoming bond and levy. I volunteer in my children’s schools on a weekly basis and observe all the staff working for the better education of our kids. They need all of our support to keep providing the great standard of education that they are currently providing.

The bond would update 50-year-old buildings and provide current technology to our kids. The levy supports learning communities and staffing for all of our kids. Voting yes for these measures would not raise anyone’s taxes, on the contrary, the average homeowners current taxes would be reduced by an average of $48 per year. We need to support our future generations even in these difficult financial times. Please vote yes for the Marysville Bond and Levy.
