A 41-year-old adult male Tulalip Tribal member was arrested July 2 at 3 p.m. at Boom City for possession and sale of illegal explosives to undercover Tulalip Tribal Police Detectives. The operator was also arrested for unlawful possession of a small amount of prescription pills. Tulalip Police, assisted by the FBI and Alcohol Tobacco Firearms, raided and seized the fireworks stand pending further investigation.
