MARYSVILLE — Incumbent Jon Nehring and challenger Kelly Wright will face off on the issues Oct. 19, as the "OUR Marysville" group conducts a debate between the two candidates for Marysville mayor.

Members of "OUR Marysville" — with "OUR" standing for "Organization United for Reform" — have reserved the large meeting room in the Marysville Library for the debate, which will kick off at 7 p.m. on Oct. 19.

"OUR Marysville" members plan to ask Nehring and Wright about the foreclosure crisis, corporate accountability, crime, schools, transit and other important issues facing low and moderate income families. Each candidate will have two minutes to respond to each question. Area residents will also be encouraged to attend and ask questions of the candidates.

The Marysville Library is located at 6120 Grove St.
