Arlington tops Redmond in season opener (slide show)

ARLINGTON — Arlington won its season opener against Redmond in a non-league football game 27-21 Sept 2. Arlington junior quarterback Campbell Hudson was 15-for-30 throwing for 179 yards and three touchdowns but two interceptions.

MARYSVILLE — Marysville Getchell’s Caleb Koellmer completed two touchdown passes in MG’s season-opening victory over Lake Washington 15-7 Sept. 2.

SNOHOMISH – The Marysville-Pilchuck football team were handed a beating in their season-opener to Snohomish 63-13 Sept. 2. M-P’s scores came by way of Justin Trueax who returned a 93-yard kick return, and Galdino Fajardo who rushed in a yard for a touchdown.

BURIEN — The Lakewood football team lost its first game of the season to Kennedy Catholic 52-19 Sept. 2.
