TULALIP - The man wanted on a $1 million second-degree murder arrest warrant, who is also a suspect in the March 9 armed robbery of the Marysville Haggen Pharmacy, was taken into custody Friday, March 12.

Police had been looking for James, Fryberg, 21, since Tuesday when he failed to appear for a bail review hearing at the Snohomish County Superior Court. Fryberg is accused in the death of a 15-month-old child.

On Thursday, Marysville and Tulalip police found a campsite in an unpopulated area near 19th Avenue NE on the Tulalip Reservation. Police searched the area but had to stop due to darkness. The search resumed on Friday when Fryberg was taken into custody and booked into the Snohomish County Jail.
