Marysville Police investigating Coldstone robbery

MARYSVILLE - Marysville Police are investigating the Dec. 15 robbery of Coldstone Creamery, located in the Lakewood Crossing Shopping Center in North Marysville.

A lone male suspect walked into the shop and demanded money at approximately 11:30 a.m. He lifted up his shirt and displayed a weapon. The suspect took the money from the employee and fled out the back door.

Officers responded and a K-9 was called to the scene, but they were unable to locate the suspect.

The suspect is described as a male in his 20s, approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall, with a thin build. He had a dark-colored bandana pulled down over his face and was wearing blue jeans and a black hooded sweatshirt with stripes.
