Police shoot 'person of interest' in Timothy Brenton killing

TUKWILA — A "person of interest" in the shooting of Seattle Police officer and Marysville resident Tim Brenton has been shot by police in a Tukwila apartment complex, according to KIRO TV.

King County Sheriff's Department spokesman John Urquhart told KIRO that Tukwila Police were serving a warrant at an apartment on 56th Avenue South in Tukwila when shots were fired.

No officers were injured.
