MARYSVILLE — A single-car accident on Cedar Avenue Nov. 2 resulted in one motorist being transported from the scene with minor injuries.
According to Marysville Police Officer Paul McShane, the driver of a four-door SUV was heading southbound on Cedar Avenue when a medical problem caused her to run off the road and strike a tree at 1046 Cedar Ave, just outside of Frank Lumber, at approximately 7:33 a.m.
McShane reported the driver was the sole occupant of her vehicle and was transported off-scene by a Marysville Fire District medical vehicle for her safety.
Marysville Fire District Public Education Specialist and Public Information Officer Kristen Thorstenson added that the driver was transported to the Colby Campus of the Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett.
