MARYSVILLE — Entries are now being accepted for the 2009 Strawberry Festival Art Poster Contest.

“I think this is rather exciting,” said Nancy Bell, treasurer for the Maryfest Board of Directors. Bell added that the Strawberry Festival encourages artisans and crafts people to get involved in the festival and the poster contest is a great way for them to do that. “I would encourage people in the community to be a part of the poster contest. It’s a great way to support the festival and the community.”
