From left, Chadi Moussi, Joelle Moussi and Nathan Senff were the top three finalists in the Grace Academy Spelling Bee which was held Nov. 10. The competition is for all students in first- through eighth-grades. Each class has its own spelling bee competition and the four finalists from each class compete at the school Spelling Bee event. The first- and second-place finalists will now advance to the ACSI District Spelling Bee competition on Jan. 30, 2009. Following the first level of competition is a second competition between fifth-eighth grades. The awards for the top three finalists in fifth-eighth grades went to Chadi Moussi, eighth-grade, first place; Nathan Senff, sixth grade, second place; and Joelle Moussi, seventh grade, third place.
