Haggen catering service wins Best in Show at Everett Bridal Show

EVERETT Haggen Market Street Catering received the Best in Show award from the Northwest Bridal Showcase for the second consecutive year last month.
The booth was judged the best among 100 vendors at the show, which was Jan. 20-21 at the Everett Events Center.
Haggens presentation featured cuisine prepared by sous chefs Llodia Guerra and Roseline Coats, plus wedding cakes from specialty cake designer Raven Britt, all from the Marysville production kitchen of Market Street Catering.
The booth also included floral arrangements and bridal bouquets from floral designer Amy Risen of the Marysville Haggen store and event decor and design by event planner Renea Roberts.
Market Street Catering kiosks are located inside the Haggen Food & Pharmacy stores in Marysville, Arlington, Lake Stevens and Stanwood along with 32 supermarkets in Washington and Oregon, with headquarters in Bellingham.

Haggens healthy meal classes
Heart-healthy meals are the subject of classes at the Marysville Haggen Store at 3711 88th St. N.E. The 30-minute classes start at 1 p.m.
In March, the heart-healthy meals will highlight beef, March 15, in Marysville.
Participants are asked to register for each free class by calling the Marysville store at 360-530-7700 or Stanwood store at 360-629-4400, by visiting the guest services department in either store or by visiting www.haggen.com and clicking on the WellAware tab.
