A new year found new Marysville residents Jodi and John Condyles cleaning up after the latest windstorm last weekend at their two-acre spread in the eastern part of town. Above, Jodi cleans up debris from the tree leaning over her driveway, while her husband gets a hand from next-door neighbor Mark Hibbert. The men were removing a partially dead tree that was leaning too close to the Condyles house. The couple have lived off of 83rd Avenue for three years and were recently annexed into the city on Dec. 1. After the bout of wicked weather over the last two months she said some of the trees were waterlogged and needed just a push to tip them over. They had just recently cleared another tree that fell between their house and a two-story garage last month. They get wet and then they get heavy and the wind tips them over, Condyles said as her husband worked nearby with Hibbert, below.
