Hadossa Oudean served as a page recently in the Washington State Legislature. A sophomore at Grace Academy, Hadossa is a daughter of Lisa Oudean of Marysville. Sponsored by state Rep. Mike Sells, D-Everett, she took care of an impressive variety of duties in her legislative tenure. Hadossa is a great-great granddaughter of John Peter Noll, who helped build the Washington state capitol many decades ago.
