Tickets to The Ultimate Gift
The Cascade Valley Hospital Foundation has an interesting idea for stocking stuffers tickets to an early screening of The Ultimate Gift, in downtown Arlington. The major motion picture starring James Garner, Brian Dennehy and Drew Fuller, The Ultimate Gift will not be in theaters until March 2007, but CVHF has been fortunate enough to secure the rights to show this film early at the Olympic Theatre in Arlington, on the evening of Jan. 11.

Class on chair yoga
How about the gift of good health, and a class on chair yoga with Pat Cavit which is offered on Mondays through Feb. 26. For anyone who has trouble moving around, chair yoga can increase strength, flexibility and balance by exercising while seated in a chair.
