ARLINGTON — Fire personnel were dispatched to the 20600 block of 61st Avenue NE at approximately 8:05 p.m. on July 16 for a house blaze.

Upon arriving, firefighters reported the roof of the single-story home was engulfed in flames.

Fire personnel were able to extinguish the fire within 10 minutes, and no injuries were reported. None of the three occupants was home. All three are now staying with extended family.

The single-family home sustained approximately $50,000 in damage.

The Snohomish County Fire Marshal’s office is investigating the cause of the fire.
