DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSAL:

Approval of a Clearing & Grading and Right of Way Permit(s) to install a traffic signal at the intersection of Grove Street & Alder Avenue. In addition to signalization of the intersection, the existing sidewalk ramps will be replaced with ADA compliant sidewalk ramps, a catch basin will be relocated and the storm line extended to fit into the gutter line of the SE sidewalk ramp and Grove Street will be re-channelized to provide a center turn lane pocket for both east and westbound traffic. Grading activity will be minimal to construct the traffic signal and sidewalk ramps.
