Public meetings for superintendent search process Jan. 29 and 31
January 23, 2013 · 3:58 PM
MARYSVILLE — The Marysville School District will hold two meetings for district parents, community members and district partners to provide opportunities to learn about, and submit input for, the new superintendent search process.
Meetings will be held in the Marysville School District Service Center Board Room, located at 4220 80th St. NE in Marysville, on Tuesday, Jan. 29, at 7 p.m., and Thursday, Jan. 31, at 6 p.m. Both meetings are open to the public.
The Board of Directors and its consultants, Dr. John Fotheringham and Dr. Wayne Robertson of Northwest Leadership Associates, have expressed their commitment to ensuring an open and transparent process in the search for a new superintendent. The community's participation and input will assist the board in selecting a new educational leader, who the district hopes will take Marysville's schools to their next levels of success.
An electronic survey is available on the district website at www.msvl.k12.wa.us.
