The Snohomish County Camano Association of Realtors presented the city with a $10,000 donation to support an up-coming outdoor film festival to be held at parks and public spots around Marysville. Celebrating the donation at a recent City Council meeting were, from left, council members Jeffrey Vaughan, Donna Wright, Jeff Seibert, Mayor Dennis Kendall, Realtors association President Rich Williamson, Council members Jon Nehring, John Soriano, Lee Phillips and Carmen Rasmussen. City Parks and Recreation Director Jim Ballew has said film titles are not yet known, but the first movie night is set for June 7 in Jennings Memorial Park. Offerings will be shown almost weekly from thereafter through September at various locations.
