If you do not serve your written response within 60 days after the date of the first publication of this summons (60 days after the 26th day of March, 2008), the court may enter an order of default against you, and the court may, without further notice to you, enter a decree and approve or provide for other relief requested in this summons. In the case of a dissolution of marriage, the court will not enter the final decree until at least 90 days after service and filing. If you serve a notice of appearance on the undersigned person, you are entitled to notice before an order of default or a decree may be entered.

American Tower Corporation is proposing to modify an existing telecommunications tower located at 11228 34th Avenue NE, Tulalip, Snohomish, Washington.

This property is zoned for commercial use. American Tower proposes to extend the existing 105-foot tower to a height of 150 feet. The proposed expansion will facilitate the future addition of twelve panel antennas located at a height of 150 feet. Please note that there are two existing telecommunications tower facilities located at the property. The tower proposed to be modified is located on the northern portion of the property. American Tower Corporation seeks comments from all interested persons on the impact of the tower on any districts, sites, buildings, structures, or objects significant in American history, architecture, archaeology, engineering, or culture, that are listed or eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places.

Pennon Construction Company, Inc., 5303 1st Avenue, Suite 100, Seattle, WA, 98108, is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology's Construction Stormwater General Permit.

The proposed 1.4-acre project, known as Smokey Point Retail Center, is located south of SR531 and east of 27th Avenue NE in Marysville, Washington in Snohomish County.

This project involves 1.4 acres of soil disturbance for commercial construction activities of a five-unit retail shop building and a seven-unit retail shop building plus utilities and stormwater facilities, parking lots and landscaping. Construction activities include: clearing and grading. During construction, approximately 2,400 CY of soil will be excavated on the site, and approximately 10,400 CY of soil will be imported to the site.

Stormwater will be treated during construction using applicable Best Management Practices such as silt fencing, seeding, mulch, plastic covering, stabilized construction entrances, tire washes and catch basin protection and sand filters. Treated stormwater will be discharged to ground and infiltrated on the project site.

Any person desiring to present their views to the Department of Ecology regarding this application, or interested in the Department's action on this application, may notify Ecology in writing within 30 days of the last date of publication of this notice. Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the City Clerk at Marysville City Hall, 1049 State Avenue, Marysville, WA 98270 until 10:00 a.m., local time, on Thursday, May 8, 2008 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
