Arlington Parks & Rec presents Kindermusik

ARLINGTON — "Kindermusik with Miss Shelley" is starting classes on Monday, Sept. 17, at 10 a.m. in Hadley Hall at the Boys & Girls Club of Arlington.

"Kindermusik with Miss Shelley" is a licensed program of Kindermusik International, which has been offering parent/child movement and music classes for children since 1976.

The "Our Time" curriculum is designed for children aged 18 months through 3-and-a-half years, and combines music, play, singing, dancing, instruments and imagination.

The goal of the program is for children to learn to love music at the same time that they develop key skills in social, emotional, physical and cognitive educational areas.

The fun doesn't have to stop when class is over, because the exclusive Kindermusik home materials allow families to play, sing and bond at home all week long.

"Kindermusik with Miss Shelley" is taught by Shelley Metcalf who has also been teaching multiple classes at her Marysville location.
